Information from others: We may receive information from scheduling, video, or payment providers when you use them to deal with us. If you were referred by a partner or affiliate, we may receive information confirming your referral or purchase, such as your name, email address, and purchase details when you buy through our referral link.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the free resources, courses, coaching, memberships, events, and other Services you request.
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments and sessions (including Zoom links).
- Process payments, give access to purchased content, and handle failed payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
- Send transactional and account messages (receipts, access details, appointment reminders, service updates).
- Send marketing emails and, only if you separately opt in, marketing text messages about our programs, workshops, events, and offers.
- Answer your questions and give customer support.
- Understand how people use the Site and improve our content, offers, and Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law, except as described in Section 7, where we use advertising pixels and tags. You can opt out as described in Section 7.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to get text messages from 10X Business Coach (Business Operations Strategy and Solutions, LLC) at that number. Messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, delivery of resources you requested, account and purchase notices, customer care, and (if you agree to marketing texts) updates about workshops, programs, events, and offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to buy anything or use the Services.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.
- Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, then we will stop texting you on that program. You can also contact us using the details in Section 14.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (253) 350-8669.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except subprocessors (such as our messaging platform and telecommunications providers) that help us deliver the text messaging service. All other categories in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Email
We send transactional emails (for example, resource delivery, receipts, access details, and appointment reminders) and marketing emails (for example, nurture sequences after you download a free resource, newsletters, and offers). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you transactional or account-related emails.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below, and never sell it:
- Service providers (processors). These vendors process data for us under contract and only to provide their services. They include:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector, our CRM, website, forms, calendar, course, email, and SMS platform (provided through Grant Cardone's licensed 10X platform at app.grantcardone.com, which runs on HighLevel).
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Zoom, for video calls, coaching sessions, workshops, and master classes.
- Email and SMS delivery providers used by our CRM, such as Mailgun/LC Email and Twilio/LC Phone and their telecommunications carrier partners.
- Calendar providers you or we connect for scheduling, such as Google or Apple Calendar.
- Analytics and advertising providers, such as Meta (Facebook), Google, and LinkedIn, that receive information through pixels and tags on the Site (see Section 7), and other business tools such as email, file storage, and bookkeeping software.
- The 10X platform provider. Our CRM account is hosted on a platform licensed and administered by Grant Cardone's organization. Their administrators may have technical access to our account as needed to support it. They act as a service provider (processor) on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing, except as their own privacy policy allows.
- Legal and safety reasons. To follow the law or a valid legal process, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is merged, sold, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that deal, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent. When you ask us to or agree to it.
As stated in Section 4, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the Site and checkout working (essential cookies).
- Remember your preferences and form entries.
- Measure traffic and how pages perform (analytics).
- Measure and improve advertising, including showing you ads on other sites and apps. We may use analytics and advertising pixels and tags such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site, such as checkout or course login, may not work properly. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, we do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or device settings and through ad preference tools, including Meta ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences), Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), LinkedIn ad settings (https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/advertising), and industry opt-out pages such as https://optout.aboutads.info and https://youradchoices.com.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy. That includes giving you the Services, keeping records of your consent and opt-outs, meeting our legal, tax, and accounting duties, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. For example, we keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires (generally 7 years), and we keep records of consent and opt-out requests so we can honor them. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include access controls on our CRM and accounts, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and reputable processors such as Stripe for payments. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Everyone:
- Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Access, correction, deletion: email us at [email protected] to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to verify your identity first. We may keep some information when the law requires or allows it, for example transaction records or a record of your opt-out so we keep honoring it.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, including the categories and specific pieces.
- Delete your personal information, with some exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
In the last 12 months, we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (purchases); internet or network activity (site and email engagement); professional information (business details you provide); and inferences drawn from your engagement (interests). We collected them from the sources in Section 2, for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the service providers in Section 6. You or an authorized agent can make a request by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (253) 350-8669. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Washington residents: We follow Washington law that applies to us, including the Washington Consumer Protection Act and Commercial Electronic Mail Act (RCW 19.190), which regulates commercial email and text messages. If we collect "consumer health data" covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act (we do not intend to), we will give any additional notice and get any consent that law requires. Washington residents can use the access, correction, and deletion options described above.
Other U.S. states: Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights. These can include rights to access, correct, delete, or move your data, to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling, and to appeal our decision on your request. To make a request or an appeal, contact us at [email protected].
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are meant for business owners and adults. They are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Site may link to websites, events, or products run by other people or companies, including Grant Cardone / 10X websites, Zoom, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies. Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will give additional notice, for example on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
