Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 23, 2026
Last Updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Business Operations Strategy and Solutions, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, doing business as 10X Business Coach and the 10X BOSS Framework ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of 10xbossframework.com (the "Site") and of our free resources, courses, coaching, memberships, master classes, workshops, events, email and text messages, and related services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, filling out a form, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. About Us and Our Relationship with Grant Cardone / 10X

Summer Hilliard is a certified 10X Business Coach. She is licensed and authorized to deliver certain Grant Cardone / 10X training content through the 10X Business Coach program.

Business Operations Strategy and Solutions, LLC is an independent business. We are not owned, operated, or employed by Grant Cardone, Grant Cardone Enterprises, Cardone Training Technologies, or their affiliates (together, "Cardone Entities"). We do not speak for them. Except for the authorization to deliver licensed 10X content as a certified coach, nothing on the Site or in the Services means that any Cardone Entity endorses, sponsors, partners with, or is responsible for our business, our own content (including the BOSS Framework), or the results you get.

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links to Grant Cardone / 10X products. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission or get a benefit, such as the ability to offer you a bonus session. Any affiliate bonus is subject to the eligibility, verification, and redemption terms stated on its offer page.

3. Accounts

Some Services, such as courses and memberships, require an account. Keep your login details confidential and do not share access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission. Each purchase is a license for one person unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

  • Pricing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars at checkout and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders you already paid for.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.
  • Recurring memberships. If you buy a subscription, such as the BOSS Membership at $97/month, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel. Checkout will show the price, the billing date, and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not give prorated refunds. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and access may be paused or ended if payment is not made.
  • Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment. If a payment is missed, we may pause access until your account is current.
  • Access. Digital access is granted after your payment succeeds. Course content may be released on a schedule shown on the offer page.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms for each product are those shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement. If none are stated, all sales are final, except as required by law. Send refund or cancellation requests to [email protected].

  • Digital courses and downloads (for example, the Getting Known course and the Marketing Done Right course): as shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement; if none are stated, all sales are final except as required by law.
  • Course presales / scheduled-release content: as shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement; if none are stated, all sales are final except as required by law.
  • Group and individual coaching packages: as shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement; if none are stated, all sales are final except as required by law.
  • BOSS Membership: cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; no prorated refunds.
  • Public master classes and workshops: as shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement; if none are stated, all sales are final except as required by law.
  • Summit tickets: as shown at checkout or in the applicable purchase agreement; if none are stated, all sales are final except as required by law.
  • Private engagements and in-person training: governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, dates, payment schedule, cancellation, travel, and expenses.

If you dispute a charge with your bank (a chargeback) without contacting us first, we may suspend your access while it is resolved.

6. Coaching Sessions and Events

Coaching sessions, workshops, and master classes may be held live by video (for example, Zoom) or in person. You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and software. We may record group sessions and live events. If you attend, you agree that your name, image, voice, and comments may appear in recordings we make available to other participants. We may reschedule a session or event if needed. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and offer an alternate date, a replay, or another remedy as described in Section 5.

7. No Earnings Guarantee; Results Disclaimer

We do not promise or guarantee any particular income, revenue, profit, or business result. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, numbers, or results shown on the Site or in the Services, including results from Grant Cardone / 10X programs, describe individual experiences. They are not typical and are not a guarantee that you will get the same or similar results. Results vary based on user implementation. They also depend on your effort, experience, market, business model, and many factors outside our control.

Our Services are for education and information only. We are not giving legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making those decisions. You alone are responsible for your business decisions and their results.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our content. We own or license the Site and our original materials, including the 10X BOSS Framework (Build → Own → Strengthen → Scale), worksheets, workbooks, lead magnets, videos, and course content we create. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Grant Cardone / 10X materials. "Grant Cardone," "10X," "10X Business Coach," and related names, logos, programs, and training materials are trademarks and copyrighted works owned by their respective owners (the Cardone Entities). We deliver them under license. No ownership of those materials passes to you or to us.
  • Your license. When you buy or access content, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, publicly post, record, or create derivative works from any materials, or use them to train or coach others, without our written permission (and, for 10X materials, the owner's permission).
  • Your content. You keep ownership of anything you submit. You give us a non-exclusive license to use what you post in community areas, or submit as a testimonial with your permission, for operating and promoting the Services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: break any law; share your login or paid content; scrape or copy the Site; upload malware; harass other participants; post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content; or interfere with how the Services work. We may suspend or terminate access, without a refund, if you break these Terms.

10. SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)

Program name: 10X Business Coach (operated by Business Operations Strategy and Solutions, LLC).

Program description: If you opt in, you will receive text messages from 10X Business Coach at the mobile number you provide. Depending on which consent box(es) you check, these may include:
- Non-marketing / transactional: appointment confirmations and reminders, delivery of resources you requested, purchase and account notices, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing (only if you separately opt in): updates about workshops, coaching programs, courses, events, and offers.

Consent: You opt in by checking an SMS consent box on our forms and submitting your number, or by texting a keyword we publish (for example, START). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then you will receive no more messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again or text START.

Help: Text HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (253) 350-8669.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quiet hours: We avoid sending marketing texts between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in your local time.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties except subprocessors that help deliver the messaging service.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on third-party tools such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, and Zoom. They may also link to third-party sites, including Grant Cardone / 10X sites. Those tools and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THESE DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

16. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific terms or written agreements make up the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them as part of a business transfer.
